Refund policy

We offer digital consulting and professional services only. No physical products are sold.

Refund Policy:
- Full refund is available if the service has not yet started and you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Once work or a consultation has begun, refunds are not available.
- For monthly retainers, you may cancel with 30 days written notice. Unused portion of the current month is non-refundable.
