By purchasing any service from MavenSolve, you agree to the following terms:

1. All services are digital/professional consulting services and are delivered online.
2. Payment is required in full before the service begins (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
3. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
4. All intellectual property, recommendations, documents and materials created during the engagement remain the property of MavenSolve unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
5. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for the delivery of services.
6. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
